Founded in 2021, T G Pipelines Limited has rapidly established itself as a trusted and growing name within the gas infrastructure sector. Each year, the company delivers over 25 kilometres of high‑quality pipeline installations across multiple counties, supporting safe, reliable gas distribution for homes and businesses.

Between 2021 and 2026, T G Pipelines focused primarily on gas works, completing a wide range of replacement, upgrade, and maintenance projects. Officially becoming a Constructionline gold primary contractor in March.

 

Building on this strong foundation, the company has recently expanded its expertise into water mains replacement, strengthening its position as a versatile and forward‑thinking utility contractor.

Meet the Team

Dale Tabiner

Director

Having worked in the gas industry since the age of 17, Dale founded T G Pipelines and has led its growth from a small LDP operation into a trusted primary contractor. With hands‑on experience across all areas of utility works, he now oversees every aspect of the business, ensuring safety, compliance and high standards across all projects.

Dale works closely with his team to maintain strong operational performance, uphold industry best practice, and drive continuous improvement throughout the company.

James O'connor

Commercial Manager

As Commercial manager, James overseas the commercial side of the business managing contracts, pricing and financial oversight across al projects. He ensures every job is cost effective and commercially sound. This ensures the company's long term stability and guaranties sufficient cash flow.  

Martin Canning

Operations Manager

Martin overseas all operational activity across the business, ensuring safety and compliance across all projects. After many years managing gas operations, he has recently transitioned over leading our water contract, utilising his deep technical understanding of gas to allow a smooth transition into water. His experience makes him a key figure in coordination of teams, maintaining compliance and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

John Morton

Transport Manager

John is responsible for the upkeep, health and overall organisation of the companies vehicle fleet. He manages servicing schedules, MOTs, repairs and insurance requirements. Ensuring all vehicles are safe an compliant. With a structured proactive approach John minimises downtime of vans and helps avoid vehicle related disruptions allowing operational teams to focus on delivering high quality services without the worry and distractions of vehicle issues. 

Roy Francis

Reinstatement Manager

Roy leads all the reinstatement operations across the business. He organises teams and ensures all the roads are restored to a high standard and to compliant standard. He oversees all aspect of reinstatement including white topping, black topping, and tarmacking. Roy ensures every site is finished safely, neatly and in line with local authority specifications. Supporting smooth project delivery from excavation through to the final sign off.

 

Mains Replacement Teams

Our mains replacement teams carry out the essential on the ground work that keeps the projects moving. The yare responsible for the safe excavation, installation and replacement of utility mains. Working to strict industry standards and local authority requirements. With strong technical skills and lots of hands on experience, they ensure every job is completed to the highest standards whilst being efficient. Their commitment to safety and quality is the backbone of our operations, supporting reliable delivery across both gas and water networks.

Reinstatement Teams

Our reinstatement and support teams handle the crucial finishing stages of every project, restoring surfaces to a clean, safe and compliant standard. They carry out vacuum excavation, white topping, black topping, tarmacking and all associated reinstatement tasks with precision and care. Working closely with operations teams, they ensure each site is left in excellent condition. Their reliability and commitment to quality allow wider teams to focus on installation, knowing reinstatement with be completed to a consistently high standard.
